Columbus Chess Lessons (Central Ohio for over the board lessons, anywhere for Internet based lessons)

Kasun Waidyaratne (Northwest Columbus)

 

My current rating is 2196. I have achieved a master rating, was the Columbus co-champion in 2007 and 2008, and am currently in the top ten of American 17-year olds. I have instructed programs at the Scottish Corners Elementary School and the Dublin Branch of the Columbus Library. I prefer that my students have a rating between 800 and 1600. Cincinnati Chess Lesson (Southwest Ohio) (aka Columbus Chess Lessons)

The highly successful Columbus Chess Lessons has expanded and now has a presence in Cincinnati. The Cincinnati Division is run by FIDE Master and USCF Life Master Hans Multhopp who has 30 years experience as a chess coach. CCL is a chess program dedicated to the needs of the advanced student. All coaches have earned at least a chess masters ranking and includes multiple IM's and a WGM. This program is only for advanced students who are actively playing in chess tournaments.
